How many apartments are available?
The Commons on North French has a very limited number of apartments. Please call us for availability.
What is the length of the lease?
12 to 36 months
What's included in the cost?
Each unit includes a full custom kitchen with dishwasher and stainless steel modern appliances (including a gas stove top, oven, microwave, and a full refrigerator), and in-unit washer/dryer. Residents will also have an attached garage, and a reserved parking space.
Are utilities included?
Water is included in the cost of rent. Gas, electric, cable, phone and internet service are not included.
Do you have furnished apartments available?
No.
Will you send me a bill each month?
We do not send invoices. Your lease will include your rent payment details.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all forms of payment including cash, credit card, and checks.
Does an apartment require a security deposit?
Yes. The security deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.
Is there a model unit to walk-through?
No, we have a very limited number of apartments. Showings are based on appointment.
Are pets allowed?
Some small pets are allowed in certain units on a case by case basis.

The Commons on North French is wired for Verizon Fios.
